Gayland Westbrook, President
Gayland Westbrook is the President and Founder of Curriculum Transition Consultants. He is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University and has worked in Educational Publishing for nearly thrity years. Gayland works out of San Antonio, TX and focuses on developing new programs and making sure the company stays on track to provide the best service possible to clients and maintain high standards for existing programs and products. He also personally covers the area of South Texas, known as "the valley" providing sales and support to School Districts located in that area.
Doris Westbrook, Executive Vice President
A graduate of Northwestern Louisiana University, Doris is one of the co-founders of CTC. At present she is the company Executive Vice President, bringing several years of business development experience to the table. She also works directly with CTC consultants and clients setting up both direct and Web presentations of CTC’s suite of educational programs and products. In addition she also coordinates support, including lab set-up and training for those school districts that have purchased CTC offerings.
Charlie Jones, Vice President of Marketing
Charlie Jones has had many roles over the past several years with CTC. Currently, he is the vice president of marketing, and also manages a home territory consisting of all of North Texas, plus the Houston and Austin areas. Charlie’s background is software training and computer infrastructure in a wide array of marketplaces. He very much is at home speaking in a one-on-one setting, as well as addressing large groups. He is also very proud to have been associated for many years with a Ronald McDonald House in his home town as well as several other civic groups.
Anne Victory, Director of Support Services
Anne Victory has been with the company since 2002. She provides scheduling and support services for meetings, conferences and in-services as well as other administrative functions.
Lisa Westbrook, Director of Operations
Lisa is a Texas A&M graduate and has extensive experience in operations management. Lisa is responsible for inventory managment, shipping and distribution, and purchasing as well as variety of operational functions. She assists in PAES labs installations and trainings and is available for customer support. Lisa also works closely with the president on curriculum development.
